1. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped? After placing an order, it typically takes 2-7 business days for apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products to be produced. Once the production is complete, your order will be shipped, and the shipping time will depend on your chosen shipping method and destination.

2. What shipping methods do you offer? We offer a range of shipping options in collaboration with Printful. This includes standard shipping, expedited, and express shipping options. The available options for your destination will be shown during checkout.

3. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary based on the product’s weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we do! We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping through Printful’s extensive network. However, do note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

5. Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.

6. Are there any customs or import fees for international orders? Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Thus, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to making a purchase.

7. What happens if my package is returned to sender? If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, it will be sent back to the Printful facility. Once received, we’ll contact you to confirm the address and discuss reshipment. Do note that reshipping fees will apply.

8. I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it? If you realize you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to modify the address. However, if the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes, and you would be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with resending the package.

9. How do I know when my order has been shipped? You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received this email within the expected processing time, please reach out to us.
